RESOLUTION of FRIENDS of LIBERTY UNITED (FOLU)
Regarding Vaccinations & Inoculations

Whereas the Declaration of Independence declares all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and

Whereas, there are elected officials within government who are openly promoting the violation of these rights by encouraging the forcing of people to be vaccinated and by introducing  the COVID-19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone (TRACE) Acts H.R. 6666 and S. 3624, and

Whereas Alan Dershowitz, an attorney for President Trump stated, “You have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, we have to be vaccinated”, and

Whereas citizens have the Right to decide which if any vaccinations to take and the items to be injected into their bodies and who vehemently oppose such vaccinations and insertions and refuse to allow their unalienable Rights to be violated, and

Whereas government’s insistence to violate peoples unalienable rights could easily precipitate a civil war given the present violent protests in cities like Portland Oregon and Kenosha Wisconsin, therefore

Be it Resolved Friends of Liberty United’s position is that City Councils, County Boards of Supervisors or Commissioners and/or State Legislatures should exercise their rightful powers of interposition and nullification and pass legislation declaring their jurisdictions to be ‘Liberty’ Cities, Counties and States in which their citizens cannot be compelled to be vaccinated or to have foreign items inserted into their bodies but are free to receive them should they so desire, and

Be it further Resolved that every County Sheriff inform their constituents that they will honor their oath by not allowing them to be forcefully vaccinated or to have an unwanted item inserted into their bodies against their will the second amendment notwithstanding.

A Sample ‘True the Vote’ Resolution
Proposed Motion to pass an Horry County Republican Party Resolution to “True the Vote in South Carolina”

Whereas a society that depends on the process of holding elections where one person equals one vote is the bedrock of the system it is imperative that said system must not only be transparent, but that each phase of the system be purposely constructed to minimize even the opportunity for fraud to influence the outcome of any election, and

Whereas when the system of the election process is totally in the hands of the legislature and its designated operatives in the state of South Carolina it is also the responsibility of that legislature to provide proof of the integrity of every stage of the entire process, from the registration of electors to absentee balloting, early voting, curbside voting, mail in voting, voting on the provided ‘machines’ on election day, voting on provisional ballots on election day, the tabulation of the vote within the software of the machines, the printing of the results of said tabulation, the ‘counting’ of the votes, and the publication of the results of the election, and

Whereas all elected officials are supposedly the ‘servants’ of those who elected them, let it be

Resolved that the Republican members of the South Carolina legislature introduce or support a “True the Vote in South Carolina” law that would cause an extensive investigation of the election process used in the state of South Carolina to include every segment already mentioned in this Resolution (perhaps have each political party designate two counties they would like to have thoroughly examined to serve as a representative sample), and be it further

Resolved that the Horry County Republican Party Executive Committee directs all of the Republican elected members of the Horry County Council to initiate and/or support an Horry County Council Resolution that mirrors this resolution and also directs the legislators that represent Horry County in the South Carolina legislature to introduce and/or cosponsor aforementioned legislation.
